Picts from the trip

Here are some pictures of our recent trip. My parents rented a house on Guames Island. All of my family met us there and we stayed for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and the view was great!

Carter got to roast his first hot dog and of course a marshmallow as well. After his first taste of the marshmallow he informed us, "Hmmm, I like it". You don't say?!

The beach wasn't quite what we were expecting. There was a shocking lack of sand. In its place were very large rocks covered with barnacles. Needless to say we did not do a lot of sun bathing. However, under the rocks we found thousands of baby crabs! It was crazy. Carter was thrilled. And so were the older boys.

Here is some of the boy's treasures. Some of the things we weren't even able to identify; they were weird!

After our trip north we headed back down to Boise with my parents. We stayed for about at week and a half. We saw our families and a few friends. Time always goes so quick and we never get to see everyone we want for as long as we would like.
Here is some pictures from the park there.

This is my attempt to capture how long Piper Rose's eyelashes are. They are really long.

Home Again

Well, we made it home again. We started our trip off on Guames with my parents and then followed them back to Boise. We stayed for about a week and a half. We soaked up a lot of sunshine and played outside all the time and spent tons of time with family. I am a little less then thrilled to come home to our cloudy city with a dead patch of grass to call a yard and no family. I think I am in need of a attitude change.
I will post pictures soon!

Fun in the sun with friends

Last week we had some beautiful weather. We enjoyed some time at the beach as a family.

We also enjoyed some fun times with our friends this week. Here is Carter with the twin, Bryn and Chloe.

Here is Carter and Charlie.

Post popsicle scrub down

Carter and his buddy James-o did some jammin on the fence together.

What we do...well, mostly just what the kids do
